After two years of experimenting with all sorts of pads, mesh, and no mesh options, my favorite configuration for the Atrium is still the Auteur lambskin pads with the stock vented mesh.

Love this config. A tad darker sounding than the universe pads but the most natural sounding imo. Not sure if it's just me but this headphone and the Verite especially just ages so well. Have greatly reduce my urge to try out other headphones even the newer ZMF offerings don't interest me as much as it used to.

I also recently purchase GP Silver cable for Atrium. Anyone have any experience with GP silver cable with the Atrium? Is it the best pair ? I like the look tho very beautiful.

Not the GP cable but I do own the Verite Silver cable. Great cable but ultimately prefer the FAW Noir Hybrid on Atrium and Verite on my Verite. The Silver cable can get a bit peaky in the upper mids but interestingly I get none of that on my Verite. Let us know your thoughts.
