I dunno. I think of a closed back as having more of a travel or outdoor use-case, so lower power requirements are preferable. Personally, I wouldn’t mind if this thing was over 100dB efficient. But also, 150 ohms is plenty high for even an OTL, anyways.

:smile: Good luck trying to keep a new “cheap” headphone with decent bass response a secret, headphone users have asking for better bass for years.

I hope it's true, i've been waiting for decades for an HD6/HD8 series with deep bass :L3000:
same here. i might buy these in the future to complement my hd600
